Deposit and Cancellation Policies

We require a deposit of 25% of your tour total at the time of your booking to confirm your tour reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations within 7 days of service, the full fare of the tour is forfeited.

We will collect the remainder due on the day of travel. If paying by credit cards, we ask that you use the same card for both payments.

Special event deposits may vary.

Tasting Fees
The cost of our tours does not include tasting fees. Each winery policy is different on tasting fees, with many not charging a fee, others charging $5 per person, and some having different policies depending on the group size. Most wineries will apply tasting fees to a wine purchase if you choose to buy some of their wine. If you would like us to focus your itinerary on wineries that don't have fees, please let us know, and we'll do our best.
Pickup Locations
We will pickup and drop you off anywhere in Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties without a travel fee. For pickup and drop-off out of these counties, there may be a travel fee to cover our costs getting to and from your location.
Our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. If you smoke, and need to stop for smoke breaks, we'll be happy to accommodate.
Damage and Excess Cleaning
Client is responsible for all damages and excess cleaning caused by negligence of yhour group. .
Lost Items
Quintessential Tours is not responsible for lost items.
Minimum Tour Length
Tours are subject to a minimum length of 5 hours.
